TOEFL

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is an internationally recognized standardized test that measures the English language proficiency of non-native speakers. It assesses candidates’ abilities in four key areas: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.

The Reading section evaluates comprehension of academic texts, while the listening section assesses understanding of spoken English in academic contexts.

The Speaking component requires test-takers to express opinions and ideas on various topics, while the writing section evaluates their ability to write essays based on given prompts.

TOEFL scores are commonly used for admission to English-speaking universities and colleges, as well as for visa applications and employment purposes.
